Join us for an evening of drinks, appetizers, and networking as we bring together some of Southern California's most prominent real estate leaders to discuss one of LA's most controversial measures to  pass: "Measure ULA".

Measure ULA (LA's "Mansion Tax" which passed in November 2022) mirrors a trend in local policies of using transfer taxes to raise funds for needed affordable housing and homelessness services, which has major consequences for the commercial real estate industry.

Our panelists represent some of the most respected leaders in their fields. While many professionals have stayed silent on Measure ULA, our panelists have stepped forward to provided thought leadership to the wider community, despite public backlash. They will discuss how Measure ULA passed, its implications since then, and other upcoming measures that could impact you. More importantly, they will share their ideas for a better path forward on housing needs that balances public and private sector interests. Join us for to hear their thoughts about these topics and more.
