Come join BREAA as we tour West End, an adaptive reuse office building developed by GPI Companies!
West End is a creative office campus situated in the heart of West LA. With its modern and spaciously designed indoor and outdoor spaces, floor to ceiling windows, three-level central courtyard, and private balconies, West End provides a workspace that fosters creativity and innovation without any compromise on quality and location.
Immediately adjacent to West End is the 201-unit Overland & Aryes Multifamily development, which is expected to devlier in 2025. While we won't be able to tour this project (as it is currently under construction) GPI will host a Q&A related to this property in addition to the West End tour.
BREAA is excited to offer tickets at $30 (member pricing) and $40 (non-member pricing). We will also be hosting a post-tour happy hour at The Wellesbourne, which is open to both members and non-members.
The tour will begin at 6:00pm and take approximately an hour, after which the group will walk down the street for a happy hour at The Wellesbourne.
