BREAA NYC is pleased to invite you to our upcoming Commercial Real Estate Debt Panel, with insightful discussions from a distinguished group of industry leaders. Topics include current macro economic environment, how interest rates are impacting transactions, where activities exist, and investment outlook for 2024. Our esteemed panelists include:

  • Jim Costello, Chief Economist at MSCI. Jim co-heads the real-assets research team, with responsibility for the Americas, and is the principal author of capital-markets research.
  • Kevin Swartz, Executive Director at Avison Young and Cal alum! Kevin brings more than 25 years of senior real estate finance executive experience and is responsible for originating and executing debt and equity finance assignments.
  • Jo Hastings, Managing Director at Societe Generale and Cal alum! Jo is the Head of U.S. Real Estate Structured Finance for SocGen and brings over 20 years of experience originating commercial real estate loans.
  • Russell Frahm, Executive Director, Mesa West Capital. Russell leads the New York origination office and is responsible for the origination, structuring, and execution of commercial real estate debt investments on the east coast.
  • Shazia RazzaqPropTech & CRE Independent Events Consultant. Shazia will moderate the panel discussion.
