Please join BREAA NYC on a private tour of the luxury midtown condominium project SELENE hosted by Vanke US. SELENE is a 61-story, 94 unit luxury condominium project in Midtown that brought together a world-class team of international development and design talents, including Pritzker Prize winning Foster + Partners in collaboration with AD 100 recipients William T. Georgis and Joseph Dirand. The building provides amenities such as a fitness center and lap pool and is home to Michelin Star restaurant Le Jardinier in the base of the building.
Isabella Ma, Project Associate, Asset Management at Vanke US will show staged apartments, a loft and a full floor and showcase the stunning apartment 10A as well as the Penthouse. She will discuss the various phases of design, development, and marketing for the dynamic project.
