Urban Catalyst will lead an educational bus tour showcasing real estate development happenings and Opportunity Zones in downtown San Jose. The tour will include a hard hat walk-through of an active development project – Paseo – the renovation of a 12 screen movie theatre in a prime location on Restaurant Row, consisting of 75,000 square feet of office and 25,000 square feet of retail. Following the tour, Urban Catalyst will host a mixer with local food trucks, beverages, and a signature cocktail for each school.
You will not want to miss this exclusive look into downtown San Jose! Space is limited and due to capacity limits, additional tickets will not be released--RSVP today to secure your spot. Please ensure your BREAA membership is up to date upon registering.
This event is generously sponsored by UrbanCatalyst – a leading real estate firm specializing in private equity placement into existing income-producing properties and ground-up development projects. The company’s Opportunity Zone, focused on downtown San Jose, California, ranked among the top 5% of all 2021 tracked Opportunity Zone fund sponsors according to the research firm Novogradac, and was named a top ten Opportunity Zone fund by Forbes.
