Stuart Shiff, as Chief Executive Officer and Founder of DivcoWest, guides the company's strategic trajectory. Since its inception, Stuart has led DivcoWest into the SF Bay Area market in 1993, aligning with prominent technology firms. His leadership has transformed DivcoWest into a versatile commercial real estate entity, expanding its footprint into key innovation hubs nationwide.

Actively engaged in the real estate community, Stuart serves on UC Berkeley’s Policy Advisory Board for the Fisher Center of Real Estate & Urban Economics Executive Committee and the Cal Rugby Advisory Board. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineering, Urban Land Institute, and Pension Real Estate Association (PREA). Additionally, Stuart contributes to the Real Estate Committee for the UCSF Foundation Board of Directors and serves on the Berkeley Real Estate Alumni Association (BREAA) Board of Directors.

Stuart earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, laying the foundation for his impactful career in real estate.
