Pamela Wright
Senior Advisor at Evercore

Pamela Wright is a Senior Advisor to Evercore’s Real Estate Capital Advisory group, a global team which provides advisory services to real estate sponsors and limited partners. RECA has extensive, longstanding relationships with over 3,000 institutional investors globally. In addition to raising capital for a broad range of private real estate vehicles, RECA develops bespoke advisory solutions for real estate sponsors through private M&A transactions, recapitalizations and restructurings. The RECA team operates from seven offices across four continents.

Pamela joined the first iteration of the current RECA team as a founding member in 2000, at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. Over the ensuing 22 years, the team was housed at Credit Suisse and Greenhill, before joining Evercore in 2018.

Prior to joining DLJ in 2000, Pamela spent 15 years in real estate acquisitions and portfolio management for several real estate investment management firms, including Prudential and GE Capital.

Pamela received an MBA in real estate finance from UC Berkeley in 1984, and a BA in political science from Lewis and Clark College in 1977. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics, Lambda Alpha International, and serves as the Board Chair for the Community Land Trust of West Marin. She splits her time between San Francisco and West Marin.
