Mr. Mannina was the Former Vice Chairman at Real Capital Analytics (RCA), the global authority on the deals, players and trends driving commercial real estate investments which was acquired by MSCI in 2021. Mr. Mannina has over 30 years of experience growing subscription revenue (SaaS) businesses and organizing advanced analytics to support investment strategies. As a BREAA Advisory Board Member and Co-Chair of BREAA’s NYC chapter, he will contribute a data-driven approach to building a community of real estate professionals who bleed blue and gold.

Before joining RCA, Mr. Mannina served as Vice President of Operations for publicly traded real estate information company, Comps.com of San Diego where he was instrumental in executing the company's national expansion strategy culminating with its $67M Initial Public Offering in 1999 and sale to Costar Group in 2000.

Mr. Mannina earned his Bachelors degree in Resource Economics with an emphasis in Real Estate from the University of California at Berkeley and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California.
