Evan Schwimmer
Ventana Management

Evan, CEO and co-founder of Plumforge Partners, specializes in commercial real estate investment, development, long-term operations, and advisory services, particularly focusing on advancing the infrastructure for the advanced food manufacturing industry. Additionally, he serves as Managing Partner of Ventana Management, a real estate investment and advisory firm. Previously, Evan held the position of Managing Director at Longfellow Real Estate Partners, overseeing strategic growth and operations across life sciences properties in Northern California.

Earlier in his career, Evan managed the San Francisco office of The John Buck Company, leading investment and development activities totaling over $1.8 billion. He also contributed significantly to office acquisition and development for the Irvine Company’s Northern California region.

Evan holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and completed his undergraduate degree at Princeton University. He further contributes to academia by teaching the Land Development class at UC Berkeley.
