Briana Harney Briana Harney is a Senior Vice President in Northmarq’s San Francisco office, where she focuses on placing both debt and equity for Bay Area transactions. Throughout her career at Northmarq, she has closed over $2.5 billion in debt and equity transactions, covering a wide range of lender and product types. Briana uses her deep market knowledge, reliable out-to-market strategies, and strong relationships with lenders and investors to secure the best capital solutions for her clients. Currently, Briana is the president of the NAIOP San Francisco Bay Area Chapter. She has previously served on the NAIOP SFBA Board, co-chaired the Membership Committee and the Young Professionals Group (YPG) Alumni Committee, and participated in the 5th class of the YPG program. She is also a past President of the Berkeley Real Estate Alumni Association (BREAA) and currently serves on its Advisory Board. Additionally, Briana is actively involved with the Urban Land Institute San Francisco, the Bay Area Mortgage Association, the Mortgage Bankers Association, CREW, and The Women of Real Estate. Briana earned her B.A. from UC Berkeley, where she played on the Women's Division I Field Hockey team. She later received her M.B.A. from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. She continues to pursue her passion for sports as a member of the Olympic Club’s Women’s Field Hockey team, winning the USFHL Women’s Club National Championship in 2019. |
