Bob Gray
Rockwood Capital

Mr. Gray, based in San Francisco, is one of the founders of Rockwood and brings 33 years of experience in the real estate industry. At Rockwood, Mr. Gray serves on various Investment Committees and leads the firm's national acquisitions efforts. He is responsible for overseeing the selection of projects and local operators, as well as the negotiation and structuring of transactions. Additionally, he plays a crucial role in shaping the firm’s national real estate investment strategy.

Before founding Rockwood, Mr. Gray worked with Bechtel Investments (now known as the Fremont Group), where he was in charge of originating and underwriting new real estate investment opportunities in the western United States. He also gained valuable experience at Standard Realty and Development, a subsidiary of Union Pacific Realty.

Mr. Gray holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Fisher Center at UC Berkeley, and Lambda Alpha International, among others
