Allie Stein Director of Development and Special Projects, Prado Group
Allie
is responsible for managing Prado Group’s development and redevelopment
strategy across multiple ground-up and major renovation projects and project
types. She works cross-functionally to execute development and construction
management as well as project financing and overall capitalization strategy.
Prior to joining Prado, Allie was a Director at Hines where she oversaw all
aspects of the execution of Transbay Block 4, a 680-unit, $1B mixed-income
high-rise residential project in SoMa that included 45% on-site affordable.
Before Hines, she was a project manager at BRIDGE Housing Corporation in San
Francisco where she completed four affordable housing projects totaling over
360 units throughout the Bay Area. Her experience spans a variety of product types
including affordable housing, mixed-income, high-rise, rental, condominium,
ground-up development, large-scale rehabilitation, and modular construction
projects. Allie received her BA in American Studies from Trinity College in
Connecticut and her Master of City Planning from UC Berkeley with a focus on
real estate development. Allie is a member of the Urban Revitalization
Council (URC) of the Urban Land Institute and was the President of the Berkeley
Real Estate Alumni Association (BREAA) 2022 & 2023.
