Join the BREAA community for an exclusive morning discussion with Breakthrough Properties, a global life science real estate developer, owner and operator of research and development facilities for mission-driven companies.

Hosted at Breakthrough Properties' Torrey Heights Campus in San Diego, this event will provide attendees with a firsthand look at one of the region's most successful life science developments. The conversation will be led by Dan D’Orazi (Haas MBA), Chief Investment Officer at Breakthrough Properties, who will share insights into the vision, development strategy, leasing execution, and investment approach behind the project.

Over coffee at The Clubhouse overlooking Torrey Pines, attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the evolving life science real estate market, explore the unique dynamics of developing specialized research facilities, and engage directly with an industry leader shaping the future of innovation-focused real estate.

Whether you're stepping onto the course for the first time or sharpening your swing, the Golf Clinic offers both professional coaching with introductory instruction, and networking in a fun setting.

Led by two PGA Professionals, exclusively for BREAA Members.

This is a limited-capacity event designed to foster more meaningful connections within the BREAA community. Participation is restricted to members only.
